We are professional trustees, pension providers and pension administrators based in Gibraltar. Every scheme we offer is established under Gibraltar law, approved where applicable by the Gibraltar Income Tax Office, and administered by our own team rather than an outsourced provider.

Our trust based schemes hold all assets under irrevocable trust for the exclusive benefit of members. As trustee we are responsible for ensuring that investments sit within the parameters of allowable investments, diversification and prudency required by our regulator and by the Gibraltar Income Tax Office, and that they are consistent with our duty of care to members.

Members, and where appointed their own professional advisers, deal directly with the people who run their scheme. That means clear answers on contributions, transfers, benefit options and reporting, without layers in between.

We work alongside financial advisers, accountants and lawyers internationally, and we are happy to co-ordinate with a client's existing professional team.
